0900	Visit to LO (Landsorganisasjonen / Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions). Skillbuilding and adult education as an important part of building an organisation. How to recruit for study activities.
1130	Introduction by Frank Aarebrot (Election expert and professor at the Institute for Comparative Politics at the University of Bergen). Grass-root involvement in political work – also in a historical perspective.
1300	Lunch
1400	Visit to Bygdefolkets Studieforbund. Adult education in a ”rural perspective”. How to offer studies/activities suited to the demands. How to recruit for study activities.
1600	Travel to a study circle. (Dependant on distance and start-time).
